SA: Catholic school bus driver on child sex offences seeks bail
ADELAIDE, Dec 17 AAP - A Catholic church school bus driver accused of sexually abusingdisabled boys sought bail today in the South Australian District Court.
Brian Bertram Morris Perkins, 66, has pleaded not guilty to six sexual abuse related charges.
Perkins' bail application was today adjourned until next Tuesday.
The offences were alleged to have occurred between 1987 and 1991 when Perkins was abus driver for a Catholic school in Adelaide's south.
The 66-year-old faces two charges of causing or inducing a child to expose his body;two counts of indecent assault; one charge of unlawful sexual intercourse and one countof inciting or procuring a child to perform an indecent act.
Perkins was extradited from Queensland in March this year to face the six charges.
